Dynamic level text change without doing coding in Web dynpro!!

Normally in webdynpro-abap we create level and other various elements like : Employee Number and we have ported the component the component to production . Now client is saying, no i don't want Employee number , i want Employee No. or saying i want particular element invisible or visible.....in that case we again create transport request and do changes and port it to production. .........Rather then doing this cumbersome activity we can configure our component with doing code change.
