Ok sir we are leaving(me and neeraj) , we indicated to smithal sir..."wait, where you people are going its only 8:00 pm"....we passed a smile to sir and he also then he told me there so many developements and enhancements are pending as we are moving to quarter end users are creating issues, ok lets sit and figure out what all are pending and how we are going to complete it........and that day we left office 11:15 pm , not only that day now a day we are coming back around 10:30 pm...working in pressure but i am enjoying this more over neeraj went on leave so my work is more . till now some how i managed ..i don't know how would i mange in upcoming days..........

rahul , i said 'yes'...yaar i am in love with this girl. ok which girl , i replied back. yaar her name is A, my dear room partner told me . i congratulated him 4th time being in love but every time with different girl and i am hoping this will continue ......once i asked don't you think you are wasting your time talking to a girl to whom you also know that you are doing time pass....respected roomy replied 'no yaar, i am not doing time pass i am serious'. but then why every month you are serious with a new girl......i don't know whether you are doing time pass or these girls are doing but in both case you are loosing money....there was incident....this very gentle person was talking on phone to his serious love while keeping his palm on his mouth ...i asked 'why were you talking like this while you were the only person there' ...this man told me ....'his love told him whatever you say the voice should come only to her'.....and i was on the feet of this through fickle minded person and said 'gurudev , please give me some of your knowledge as i am very weak in this'.....and we both were laughing.....anyways this is story with most of the guys.......once i was working with full passion he came to my wing and he saw working me hards he said 'jayada kaam nhi karne ka, wipro jayada paise nhi deti hai.' ....and every person near to my cubicle was laughing..but truth he is he is the most dedicated person to his work...............

Actually it is psp which is developed by sap-labs ,a web dybpro developement and it is handed over to wipro and now we are handling. Neeraj, Nag g and me. There are so many issues and so many web enhancements in it that we start feding up but any ways its our bread and butter , apart from that we are learning a lot . Neeraj are Nag s are doing pretty nice jobs....one day neeraj told if we would have got formal training in HR module we can also mange this very easily but still i wuold say we learnt a lot from ous observation , experirnce and specially through session from smithal sir, he always tells us learning bussiness than only you can do efficient developement also........from last 3 months most of our life are spending in office , no entertainment just work and frankly speaking i am also enjoying it daily i see new challenges from technical and functional side......one day one of my friend asked what exactly u do.....i reply i do almost every thing developement, testing, excell work, UAT , data migration and some times desktop support ....not even me ..every member of my team does every thing what you learn from SLDC cycle....some times its good some times its bad ...but as we know a coin always 2 side.
